Artwork Assistance
Let’s get your art work perfect for production!
Many items such as banner stands, displays walls, table cloths, flags, etc. have certain guidelines that must be met for production. We understand not everyone feels comfortable doing this on their own so we’re happy to lend a hand.
Please allow an extra 2 -3 business days for this process.
Step 1
After you place your order, send us your art work & let us know you’d like us to set up your file for production. Print@wildbeaverprintshop.com
If your file is too big to email, either share a link with us or send us a request for an upload link to our system.
Step 2
We will send you an invoice for the template setup fees, billable at $35.00 per unique art file and product.
If your artwork requires additional work to make it production ready, such as embedded images, outlined fonts, converting to vector, resizing, or creating a bleed, the fees for those services will also be added or give you the option to complete those tasks then re-send the file to us for template setup. If you’d like us to handle it, we will let you know the expected timeline for completion.
Step 3
Pay said invoice - we can’t move to step 4 without it!
Step 4
With Step 3 complete, we get on with the template setup of your artwork so it meets the guidelines for print production.
Step 5
Proof Approval! We will send you a pre-production proof to review. This is a critical step that shouldn’t be done in a rush because we cannot fix or change anything after your approval.
You’ll want to check the overall layout but also PLEASE double check your text for grammar and spelling.
We strongly advise you review your proof on a monitor screen or large tablet…do not rely on your phone for this, pretty pretty please!
Step 6
With the proof approved, we’ll move to production! Remember, changes needed after approval = reprinting the project at your expense.
We’ll follow up with a notice on when your item will be ready for pickup or provide tracking numbers if you are having your item(s) shipped.
