Update Design Services
If you just need text updated on your art file then pick our Update Rate. Examples of where the Update Rate applies:
You have an editable art file (that’s a file name typically ending in .ai, .eps, .svg, .tiff, .psd, and in some cases .pdf) and you need us to add a few lines of text or change a name, a date, telelphone number, or other contact information on that file.
A shared Canva file you’d like us to update with text information only.
Switching out an image or graphic on an editable digital file that will not create a need to alter the overall layout of the design. If we need to make changes to the layout based on the update, then the Layout Design rate will apply.
Business cards we’ve made for you in the past that require an update to the contact information or for a new employee
File Types this Rate Does Not Apply To
Designs sent in any Microsoft Office format
Graphic or image changes that create a need to alter or adjust the overall layout of the original design
Files that end in .jpg, .png, or sometimes .pdf (Extra steps have to be done to make the text or images editable - Standard Design Rates will apply. But once we make a editable version of that file we’ll have it in our archives so we make future updates to it at the Update rate! WINNING!)
